Role: Complex Healthcare Assistant
Location of care package: Gosport
Hourly pay rate: £15.50-£17.00
Shifts available: Monday-Friday 09:00-15:00 term time only to support and finish at school in Fareham.

We are looking for dedicated Complex Health Care Assistants to join our team in Gosport and Southampton, providing night-time support for a 7-year-old paediatric client with complex health needs. This role includes caring for the client’s tracheostomy, administering gastrostomy feeds, providing regular medication, assisting with personal care, and managing manual handling tasks.
In addition, we are expanding our team of complex care workers to a 2:1 HCA team. This is a term-time-only position, with shifts beginning and ending at the client’s school in Fareham. Experience with tracheal tubes is required; however, we provide comprehensive training for those with general tracheostomy knowledge.
