Role: Complex Healthcare Assistant
Location of care package: Shirley/Southampton
Hourly pay rate: £16.50-£17.00
Shifts available: Thursday and Sunday nights 22:00-08:00
Please note that Unity Care Solutions offer zero-hour contracts with flexible hours, subject to availability at the start of your employment. You may also have access to a range of shifts and alternate locations.
The job role
We are looking for experienced Health Care Assistants to work with our 11 year old client in Shirley through the night to support with their complex needs such as administering medication, enteral feeding, suctioning and personal care.

As a Complex Healthcare Assistant, experience in the following is preferred but not essential as training will be given:
Personal Care
Medication
Manual Handling - Hoist
Seizure Management
Emergency Medication
Social Interaction/Play
Suctioning
Non Verbal Communication
Enteral Feeding
